Rev. Deb was amazing and so easy to communicate with via phone and email. After meeting Rev. Deb we knew she would be able to bring a very personal touch to our ceremony and she truly did. Anytime we sent her an email she sent a response that day and her responses were sure to answer each part of the email. So many people complimented us the day of the wedding and still weeks later telling us that our ceremony was so personal and so unique to us as a couple. We could not have been more happy with Rev. Deb and I certainly recommend her over & over again. She even had a calming demeanor about her that made us both feel so at ease the day of and throughout the preparation process. She truly is one of kind and she listens to what you want. If you choose Rev Deb you will be so happy, we were!

What can i say, we had Reverend Deb from Ceremonies of the Heart and she not only did my wedding but also my older sisters wedding 5 years ago. We love reverend Deb! Even with my husband and I being out of state, it was like we had known her for years, she was very good at answering emails and phone calls going back and forth. She even let us personalize our ceremony, we didn’t want something that we had to choose from a pre cut cookie cutter feel out of a book, so we actually took part in making our ceremony up 🙂 exactly how we wanted. I was appalled when i was looking at other officiants who REFUSED to let us make our own ceremony from readings and sample ceremonies online, we had other officiants actually have the nerve to tell us that if we made our own ceremony it would come out horrible. But not Rev Deb 🙂 She was willing to work with us from the start, after all the ceremony is the most important part! We are a kind of unique couple and wanted to incorporate different traditions and she was always on board with us 🙂 She not only recited a beautiful ceremony but also performed a sand ceremony and a hand fasting with us. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and different our ceremony was and it wouldn’t have been possible without Rev Deb. Highly recommended!

Rev Deb was a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job meeting our desire for a meaningful yet simple civil ceremony. We had struggled after speaking with several officiants to find someone we clicked with, yet the moment we sat down to talk with Deb we felt at ease and knew she would help make this a less stressful endeavor.

We opted to have her send us a comprehensive ceremony where she gave us a variety of options to choose for the different parts of the ceremony. She included a nice and poignant section on the story of our relationship. Where we felt there needed to be some changes, Deb was flexible and allowed us to edit things to tailor it to our wishes.

We had limited time and no real rehearsal space for our wedding, so I would say I was nervous about the actual execution of the ceremony, but Deb was cool and collected and helped direct everything into place. We felt at ease and able to relax!

I had my heart set on Reverand Deb after she performed my cousin’s wedding. It was the only wedding that I had ever cried at. Her writing was so emotional and personal. Originally she was unable to perform our ceremony because she was already booked but when the other couple moved their wedding to another day she called us and gave us the good news. After meeting with her and discussing our relationship, our feelings for each other and how we met, she wrote up a very personal ceremony for us. We have gotten many comments from our guests about how sweet and emotional our ceremony was. I am thankful that I got to have her perform at our wedding. The only problem that occurred was that it sometimes took her too long to get back to me but she did contact us when it was important.

Rev Deb delivered the most beautiful and heartfelt ceremony for our wedding on 9/4/11 at the Lands End in Sayville !l She magically translated our love for one another & our future hopes and dreams into a beautiful ceremony, we will forever cherish. Many people complimented us on how great the ceremony was!! Additionally, she was great in communicating when composing our draft, was prompt the day of the event, and our marriage certificate was waiting for us upon return of our honeymoon!

We know there was no better choice than Rev Deb for our Day!!
